Hello! It’s been a long long time since I’ve shared some love on my blog. It’s been a bit of a cray cray summer but that shouldn’t be an excuse. To make up for lost time I’m sharing such a wonderful wedding. Julie and Philippe came to me just about 4 months prior to their big day for full planning and design. I’m always up for a challenge! They initially were to marry in France but certain circumstances changed the location to Montreal and here is where I fit in and am I ever so happy.
Her vision was very specific and I couldn’t have been happier to make it come true. Julie saw gold, white and pop’s of colour throughout her flowers and cake. The location speaks for itself; if you haven’t been to Casa Bianca you must put it on your bucket list as a little getaway in the city. With its pure white walls you can pretty much make any dream come true when it comes to design. The vintage look of the break and breakfast mixed with the modern gold cutlery was to die for. The flowers that brought out the bright pops of fuchsia, blush and peach were just what the design needed to put it all together. The invitation suite brought all the colours together on a beautiful ivory coloured paper. It was truly a day to remember for all of us. Philippe is a big Scotch fan so to bring a touch him into everything his mother made a home made Scotch jam (which I can vow for!} as a favour where as Julie offered custom linen bags with their logo on it filled with lavender. Guys this wedding was just dreamy. See for yourself.
Oh and they also shared a little surprise on their wedding… They are not going to be just the 2 of them in Beijing! Little baby is on its way! I wish you all the love and happiness the world has to offer
